Direct bookings

When you book directly with us (WhatsApp or phone), the cancellation terms for your stay are agreed in writing in your booking conversation before any payment - including how much notice is needed for a full or partial refund of any advance. We aim to be fair: the more notice you give, the more we can return, because the more likely the dates rebook.

Date changes

Need to move your stay rather than cancel? Tell us as early as possible - if the villa is free on your new dates, moving a direct booking is usually straightforward.

Airbnb bookings

If you booked through our Airbnb listing, the cancellation policy shown on the listing at the time of booking applies, and changes are handled through Airbnb's platform.

Cancellations by us

In the rare event we ever have to cancel a confirmed stay (a maintenance emergency, for example), you'd receive a full refund of everything paid, immediately, plus honest help finding an alternative.
